Dear Valued Customer,

Due to late running Line Haul and very heavy North Island volumes there will be delays of 2-3 hours with deliveries in the following regions today;

Auckland
Waikato
Bay of Plenty
Palmerston North
New Plymouth
Wairarapa
Wellington

We apologise for these delays. Please refrain from requesting ETA’s before 12pm and advise your customers accordingly.

• Full Weekday delivery service applies.
• Pre-arranged pick-ups only.
• Inter-island and Intra-island services operate. NOTE: Inter-island Freight dispatched this day will be delivered Wed 27th Dec.

Sunday 24th December (Xmas Eve)
• No delivery or pick-up services operate.
• No Linehaul services operate.

Monday 25th December (Xmas Day)
• No deliveries or pick-up services operate.
• No Line haul services operate.

Tuesday 26th December (Boxing Day)
• Supermarket Delivery Service to main centres only as follows;
- Auckland (Orewa to Pukekohe)
- Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga, Taupo, Putaruru
- Napier, Hastings
- Wellington, Palmerston North, New Plymouth
- Blenheim, Nelson
- Christchurch (Rangiora to Rolleston)
- Timaru, Dunedin, Invercargill
- Cromwell, Queenstown, Wanaka
• Pre-arranged pickups only.
• Line haul services operate as normal (early departure)

Wednesday 27th December
• Normal services.

Thursday 28th December
• Normal services.

Friday 29th December
• Normal services.

Saturday 30th December 2017
• Full week day delivery service applies.
• Pre-arranged pick-ups only.

Sunday 31st December 2017 (New Year’s Eve)
• No delivery or pick-up services operate.
• No Linehaul services operate.

Monday 1st January (New Year’s Day)
• No deliveries or pick up services operate.
• No Line haul services operate.

Tuesday 2nd January (New Year Holiday))
• Supermarket Delivery Service to main centres only as follows;
- Auckland (Orewa to Pukekohe)
- Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga, Taupo, Putaruru
- Napier, Hastings
- Wellington, Palmerston North, New Plymouth

To arrange & confirm special pick-ups on Stat Holidays and Weekends through Xmas and New Year, please contact your local Depot Manager at least 1 week in advance of the applicable holiday. Do not assume that pick-ups will happen without being pre-arranged. Contact details below:
