All pick-ups and deliveries as normal across network.

Linehaul units operate as normal.

 

Friday 14^th April (Good Friday)

NO deliveries, line haul or collections nationwide.

Saturday 15^th April

Deliveries to ALL centres (inc Gisborne) nationwide. Normal Friday schedule applied.

Inter-island Line Haul service only operates.

Sunday 16^th April

NO deliveries or collections nationwide. Intra-island Line Haul service only operates.

Monday 17^th April (Easter Monday)

Return to normal services

ALL pick-ups must be arranged by phone or email no later than a week before the respective Holiday. Please note we are only able to do pick-ups in specific areas on the public holidays, contact your local depot manager for further clarification on this.  DO NOT assume regular pick-ups will happen automatically.

Interisland Freight Delays - 19th and 20th January 2017

Dear Customer,

As you will be aware from the extensive media coverage, there has been a large weather bomb that has hit the South Island and the bottom of the North Island over the last 24 hours. This is expected to continue through today.

This weather bomb has caused Road Closures in the South Island and significant delays with Interisland Ferry services. The Lewis Pass and Arthurs Pass highways are the only routes available for road transport between Christchurch and Picton, and both roads have been closed this morning due to slips, heavy rain and high winds.

At this stage we are expecting significant delays with freight traveling between the North and South Island of up to 24 hours over and above your current delivery schedules. This will effect freight dispatched today (Thu 19 Jan) from the North Island to the South Island and Vice Versa. It will also effect any freight dispatched from the North Island on Wednesday 18^th Jan for destinations South of Christchurch.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and ask that you advise your customers of the delays. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the weather which may take some time to abate. There will be a further update on Friday the 20^th Jan for any ongoing issues.
