Sales Administrator - South Auckland

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to provide assistance to the small sales team. The focus of this role is to input and communicate rate changes, assist with sales tenders, prepare presentation packs, newsletters and customer communications and reports.

Job description:
• Sales and price queries
• Respond to customer queries and send out customer alerts
• Prepare annual rate change reports for customers
• Website maintenance
• Update customer sales packs and marketing materials
• Assist with RFPs and presentations
• Prepare a regular newsletter
• Organise conferences, including airfares and hotels
• Management and Board reporting
• Customer Sales analysis
• General office support and administration, such as organise catering and couriers

Experience/Skills:
• Advanced computer skills
• Previous sales administration experience
• Excellent communication (both written and spoken) and attention to detail
• Must be well presented

This is a pivotal role for Big Chill and it is important that good communications are maintained with both employees and customers. As no two days are the same you will need to have a flexible approach and have the ability to prioritise your workload.

The successful applicant will be required to carry out a drug test prior to commencement.
