Customer Service Administrator - South Auckland

We are seeking an experienced Customer Services Administrator to join our motivated and fun-loving Auckland based team located in Highbrook.

You will be working with a friendly team of hard working individuals and seek a similar person to compliment the business. Good data entry skills and a friendly telephone manner is paramount.

Duties include:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via the telephone and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Liaise with internal staff to follow up on requests and provide resolution
  • Data entry of manifests, consignments and bookings
  • Reporting of KPIs
  • Support cover for other team members

You will provide outstanding customer service and have excellent problem solving skills. Experience in freight is preferable, but not essential.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a drug test prior to commencement.
