What do we do?

We operate a fleet of 60 (line haul and metro) refrigerated trucks through out New Zealand. We specialise in express delivery of
cartons or pallets through out New Zealand of either chilled or frozen consignments. From the main centres (and most other areas)
we are able to offer next day delivery service and generally our deliveries are completed by 1.00 pm each day.

Company Philosophy
Our Company philosophy is to offer our customers a reliable premium service. To achieve this we utilise only modern and well
maintained trucks. Our fleet is kept clean and our drivers are well presented. We work very hard to ensure we supply a consistent
and reliable service. When things do go wrong we ensure that the problem and then the corrective action is communicated quickly.

Background
Big Chill Distribution started operating in September 1996 as BOP Cool Transport, with 1 truck freighting pies between Auckland and
Tauranga. Over the years the company has grown organically and through the acquisitions of Auckland Chilled Freight, Fresh Delivery
Company, Rotorua Chilled Couriers and Big Chill Interisland. On the acquisition of Big Chill Interisland in October 2004 the Company
changed its legal name and rebranded its fleet to Big Chill Distribution. The Company today is truly nationwide freight company with
our network servicing Kaitaia to Invercargill and all areas in between.

Food Safety Program
Big Chill runs a fully HACCP-compliant FSP (Food Safety Program) as recognised by the New Zealand Food Safety Association.
Our depots and practices are independently certified by the audit company Verification NZ
